This home is on 2.66 acres, offering a country and serene feeling, all while being 10-15 minutes from restaurants, major retailers, coffee shops and Kadlec Hospital. Whether you need a home for a work stay or a spot to relax, this is the place for you! The space Brand new home built with all of the right conveniences for guests arriving in the Tri-Cities and visiting the wineries on Red Mountain! The home is completely secluded for your privacy with a keyless entry code as well. As you walk in there is an open space where you will find the living room with a comfortable couch (also happens to be an extremely comfortable Queen sleeper sofa) and a completely stocked kitchen. There is also a dining table for your convenience. Right through the door is a bedroom with a brand new Tuft & Needle queen mattress, closet space, and a beautiful view to Rattlesnake Mountain and Red Mountain. The bathroom is also fully equipped with all possible necessities and a brand new shower head, handheld shower, tub system. The back patio will also be furnished for the Spring/Summer so you can enjoy a nice glass of wine, cider, or beer from one of our local wineries/breweries. We do not allow smoking of ANY KIND inside the premises. Please respect this rule! Guest access The entire house is your space for the duration of your stay. Whether you would like to cook an intricate meal with friends/family, sit and have some coffee/tea while you prepare for a visit to the Red Mountain AVA wineries, or rest for a long weekend, this is the place for you! We hope everything is to your liking. Other things to note Parking: be sure to park at the entrance of the sidewalk to the house. You will have to walk in gravel for a few feet until you arrive at the sidewalk. If you are visiting with a baby we can provide a pack n’ play and high chair at your request. If you have more than one pet (dogs only for right now) we are happy to still host you for an extra $50 fee on top of the pet fee. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house!!!! Even if recreational use of marijuana is legalized in Washington, it is NOT ALLOWED inside the house. You can do what you like outside the premises as long as all windows and doors are closed in the house. Please respect this rule or expect to be charged an extra $200 for cleaning supplies.
