The space Upon entering, you will be greeted with a blend of comfort and elegance. There are three levels to The Lily Pad. The main floor consist of the living room, master bedroom, kitchen and laundry and half bath. The upstairs has four bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level has the game room and a bedroom with en suite. ~Bedrooms~ Each bedroom has been carefully designed to offer a tranquil and welcoming ambiance. You can select from three bedrooms with king beds, one with a queen bed, one with a twin trundle bed, and a kids' room that includes three twin beds (one trundle and one single), easily accommodating 13 guests. Most bedrooms, the living room, and the movie lounge in the basement are equipped with TVs for your entertainment. Feel free to use your preferred streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ by logging in with your own accounts. Just remember to log out before you leave. ~Bathrooms~ There are four bathroom throughout the house. A large bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and separate soaking tub in the primary en suite. A full bath upstairs on the second floor, a half bath off the kitchen on the main floor and a full en suite in the lower level bedroom. ~Living Room~ Chill with your squad in the living room, snuggle close to the warm gas fireplace, and binge-watch some epic entertainment on the huge 55" TV. Making memories has never been this comfy! You could also spin some vinyl, challenge a pal to a game of chess, or sink into the oversized egg chair for some serious relaxation. ~The Kitchen~ At the heart of the home lies a fully-equipped kitchen, ready to ignite your culinary creativity. Stocked with oils, spices, cookware, and utensils, it has all you need to craft delightful meals for your group. Coffee enthusiasts will be delighted by our luxury coffee bar, boasting a dual drip coffee maker to brew a pot, or K Pods for single servings, a Nespresso machine, and a pour-over pot. We offer an array of regular coffee options, as well as sugar, sugar alternatives, and a selection of creamer flavors for those who prefer personalized brews. Additionally, come together over meals as there are numerous dining options for everyone. Our indoor dining table accommodates up to 10 people, with an extra 3 seats available at the bar. Alternatively, enjoy the outdoors with a spacious dining table that can seat 10 guests. ~Outside~ Step outside to discover a backyard oasis featuring a custom-built, smokeless fire pit with plenty of seating including two, swinging egg chairs. Gather around the fire with loved ones, share stories and laughter, and create lasting memories. After a long day of adventures check out the four-person barrel sauna. For more relaxation, indulge in the fantastic 7-person hot tub on the deck, allowing you to soak your cares away and bask in the serene atmosphere. *The hot tub is cleaned after every guest- it is also equipped with a Ozonator. There is no need to add chemicals during your stay. Ozone is a gas produced by exposing oxygen to ultraviolet light, similar to the protective ozone layer. In hot tubs, ozone sanitizes water by killing bacteria and viruses, breaking down oils, and reducing the need for chemicals. This benefits users prone to skin, nasal, and eye irritations from chlorine. The outdoor areas are ideal for hosting barbecues and relishing the fresh mountain air. Your private home awaits in this quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors who have young children. Check in any time after 4 PM EST and check-out is at 10 AM EST. You can enjoy the entire space, with easy access through the front door equipped with an electronic keypad. You will receive your custom access code 24 hours prior to check-in. You can park up to 6 cars on the parking pad in front of the garage doors. The garage is not accessible to vehicles. For your safety there are two exterior cameras located on the outside of the property. There are NO indoor cameras. A fire extinguishing blanket and first aid kit are located on the main level in the kitchen pantry. An additional first aid kit is located in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are located throughout the home. **No parties/events**
