The second is fitted with a queen-size bed, aircon, and balcony, and the third is fitted with two king single beds, which could be converted into a king-size, aircon and balcony. Both bedrooms have fitted robes. The main guest bathroom is also located on the middle level and is fitted with a bath and shower, with the toilet in a separate room. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the dining and living area. There is also an additional sitting area located off the kitchen, perfect as a kids rumpus area. Located to the back of the kitchen is the laundry with an additional toilet. Parking is secure and available for several cars. Please be aware that a $300 security bond is required for this property. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure providing that the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition.
