Each air conditioned room has a king bed and a private bathroom with shower. There are no steps to access. -The Round room is ground level with en suite bath and shower with several steps to access. -The Upstairs room is located up a set of stairs and on a private level. There is a separate bath and shower on the floor. There is a balcony with view of the surf and a table and stools. -Daily house cleaning is included. -There is an infinity pool with a view of the surf. The pool is a shared space with two other homes (not rentals) on the property. -Private meals available for an additional cost. -Massages in home upon request. All are paid locally upon service. There are charging stations and a long built-in couch and 1/2 bath. **Beware before booking if you have any toddlers or small children who are not water safe, look elsewhere. The infinity pool is located straight off the family room and is level with the ground. There is nothing blocking it off. If you have children who elope and/or are not pool and ocean safe, be aware this house is not contained by closed fences. Booking confirms your children are water safe. Guest access Your booking is a private home with three stories, three bedrooms and five bathrooms with two large private deck areas in front of the home and a parking space behind the home. The pool is a shared space with two other homes that are on the property (not rentals)-one in back of property above garage and one adjacent to Casa Palapa. *There is one small closet ("bodega") in the Frida room that is an owner's closet and is not available for guests. It is locked with our extra supplies, etc.
