The space Our beautiful apartment has been fully renovated and stylishly decorated with the full needs and wants of our guest in mind. The living room is cozy and comfortable, perfect to unwind after a long day at the beach or running errands. The italian leather couch is perfect to put your fit up and relax as you enjoy our Smart TV equipped with Streaming services, and it is also easily turned into a comfortable queen size beds to fit the rest of the family or friends at night. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped to warm up left overs from the tasty nearby restaurants or cook out a full feast for your guests! The dining table sits 4 comfortably but you have extra room in the beautiful marble bar. The room has big closet space so you can keep the place tidy. The 12" pillow-top mattresses are some of the best mattresses you will sleep on, so good you won't want to get out of bed. Just like the living room, the bedroom also comes equipped with a Smart TV. The whole apartment is airy and sun-drench throughout the day, and the air conditioning will make sure you stay cool at all times. This beautiful apartment is perfect for all kinds of guest, from solo travelers, to couple's getaways, to family trips, everyone can enjoy themselves here! What is being rented is a room-type but not a specific unit #. We have multiple units that are identical in layout and have the same furniture and amenities. However there may be very slight detail differences such as coffee table, color of couch, and linen. All units have been uniquely and beautifully designed. Unfortunately, we are not a pet friendly property. We love our furry friends but unlucky situations have caused us to change our policy and strictly enforce it. Service Animal Assurance Form must be completed for reservation accompanied with a Service Animal. IMPORTANT: A person who knowingly and willfully misrepresents herself or himself as using a service animal and/or being qualified to use a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree. Animals whose sole purpose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM (No Loud noise or music) We service our units in the Airbnb/Apartment-Style Model. We do not offer regular hotel amenities and do not offer traditional housekeeping services. We set up our units with all the essentials for our guests to start their stay. As products are needed our guests replenish from local markets. On-site washer/dryers are offered in order to maintain personal and accommodation linen. Extra cleaning services are available at a surcharge. Because of South Florida's tropical climate we perform monthly fumigation services once a month with a professional company. We will kindly need access to all units in order to perform this service. Prior notice will be sent when this service will be performed. The treatment is odorless and non-toxic to humans. NOTE: Windows may be sealed/blocked/Closed and as a precautionary measure we recommend maintaining them closed if not screened, along with keeping doors closed to decrease chances of outsider insects from accessing units. An online "terms & conditions" form separate from Airbnb must be signed before check-in in which you have to send a copy of your ID. This is our virtual registration form.
