House includes TV room with only Netfli, but it will be shared with everyone in the house. The space We are a Brazilian couple and we live in the USA, so we can help you speaking English, Portuguese, Spanish or German. Guest access The bathroom is private, but sometimes other people can use the same bathroom, family, other guests or friends for example. In the house has a little office that can be used by the guest, if necessary, but you have to use your equipment. Other rooms and spaces in the house will not be available to guests because they are for the exclusive use of the family. During your stay We will welcome the guests upon their arrival and then we will provide them with the key to the private entry. Other things to note Do you like dogs? We have three dogs, a lab and two mini pinschers, but they will not bother the host. We do not have space in the garage for the guest's car.
