WELCOME TO HAPPY OURS our villa is situated in one of the best neighborhood locations. The property has a light and modern beach atmosphere and is so close to Aruba’s top beaches. You will love the cool breezes and the sound of palm trees rustling around the villa. With its spacious rooms, telework space and comfortable outside sitting areas this villa the perfect place to work and relax. The space Our salt-water pool is sure to provide a refreshing splash after a day on the beach. The back lanai overlooking the garden and pool enhances the modern beach atmosphere. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a good book, a quiet nap. When you need to work, we have workspace for teleworking. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa with private pool and parking. Other things to note There is a bus stop on the main road in front of the Marriott Hotel. The bus will take you either downtown or the beaches at Arashi and Malmok and the lighthouse. Several supermarkets are located in the area, only on a 5 to 10-minute walk. Aruba electricity is very costly, remember to turn lights and AC off when not at the house. Turn off bedroom AC during the day. Please do not feed the cats or iguanas.
