Just a 1 min. walk from the beautiful, volcanic sand beaches of El Transito, our property offers an ideal space for relaxation where guests can unwind and take in some surf and tranquility. Strong WiFi, splash pool and A/C (additional $7/nt) The space We're a Canadian couple who moved to Nicaragua in 2016 and bought a house on one of our favourite beaches: El Transito! Now we live in paradise and we want to share it with travellers from around the world. Our property features our home with a rental room, and a beautiful new double casita that features two separate entrances, private rooms with en suite bathrooms. Strong WiFi throughout the property makes working remotely a breeze. An outdoor kitchenette is available for guests to cook their own meals. Your bedroom features a super comfy orthopedic queen-sized bed, custom-made, locally-sourced wood furniture and top-quality linens and towels. Your room has three giant windows with bug screens (as well as 2 bathroom windows), and a ceiling fan so you can enjoy the cool ocean breeze. There is also air conditioning available for an extra $7US per night. Laundry service is also available for a small fee. Guest access You have access to all of the common areas on the property including the lounge, kitchenette and splash pool. Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge. The outdoor kitchenette is a shared space for all guests to enjoy. During your stay As my husband and I live here, we are always around should guests want to socialize or need help planning an excursion, etc. We are social people who also understand the value of private time! Other things to note Surfboard rental is available nearby We have a very well-behaved dog, and 2 cats. We bet you'll love them all :) We can arrange a driver to our place from Managua Airport (additional fee) Please note, there is NO ATM in El Transito! Please plan accordingly.
