There is a casita, with a full kitchen, queen bed, 2 twin beds can be added. Fenced yard, Shaded giant dining table/ work, play area. There are 2 separate guest suites, each with a queen bed. We are 1.3 km from the Village center, a 1 minute drive to the bars and restaurants. The waves and birds are the only sounds you hear at CanoaOasis. The space We have a one acre property in Canoa right on the beach, with an amazing pool in a tropical setting with mature plants and trees. A grove of 70 coconut trees fringe the beach. We are located 1.3 km from the village center. It is a 10 minute walk to one minute drive to the all the bars, restaurants, loud music and nightlife in the main part of Canoa. Then you have the peace and tranquillity of our private oasis. All you hear are the waves and the birds. We are surrounded by a 9 foot wall for security and offer covered parking within the property. It”s like having your own private hideaway. Guest access The neighborhood is right on the beach. Secured covered parking behind a 9 ft wall. It's a 10 minute to Canoa Village or a 2 minute car or taxi ride. Other things to note We have a wonderful restaurant across from our property on the main road,Munoz Hermanas, typical Manabi food. They will also deliver. The Canoa Beach hotel next door has a restaurant and Canoa Suites is 2 lots down. And of course there are around 30 restaurants in Canoa Village.
