The space This bright home has an updated kitchen with full sized appliances, two bedrooms with a/c and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a Tuft & Needle King size bed and dedicated bathroom. The second room has a Tuft & Needle Queen size bed. Both bedrooms face the ocean. The second bathroom is a small bathroom with a corner shower. There is a new a/c in the living area, and a 43" smart TV. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes and cooking ware. It has a full size refrigerator, 4 burner stove top, toaster oven, microwave, ninja blender, coffee maker and tea kettle. There is also a 4 person dining room set for sit-in dining indoors and another one for outdoor terrace dining. The house is clean, bright and the decor is minimal. Enjoy the ocean breeze from the front terrace! Please note there is a one bedroom studio with private entrance in the back of the property. Kai's Casa offers a local living experience and is very convenient for those looking to explore the island. The beach is flanked by a reef. The tide-pools are perfect for kids and seashell lovers alike - little ones might want to wear reef shoes! The reef formations break the surf and create a perfect place for kids to play and swim safely. Enjoy snorkeling in the tide pools and watching different varieties of fish, crabs and urchins. There are lots of fun shells and sea glass too! Head east on your early morning beach stroll to watch amazing sunrises. Enjoy the most stunning sunsets by heading west along the shore. The house is 5 minutes from Hatillo's most famous beach, Playa Sardinera. There is a neighborhood park with public showers one block away. If you are into fitness, visit the city park with a playground and a track just up the hill along the shore line. Enjoy whale watching from lookout tower Feb-March ! Other things to note The back patio is a shared space with guests from Kai's Kasita (small guest suite in the back patio).
