My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). Can accommodate small pets. Guest access The guest will have full access to the apartment with a private entrance. PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL: From November 1st to April 30th, parking at the Mary St. public parking lot across the street from our unit is free of charge. However, starting from May 1st to October 30th, parking fees apply, and we'd like to outline your options: Passport App: You can use the Passport app to pay for parking at a rate of $3 per hour, with a maximum charge of $25 per day. Overnight Parking via Passport App: If you require overnight parking, you can opt for the Passport app's overnight parking option, priced at $30. This rate is valid until 9 am the following day. For any additional hours until your check-out time at 11 am, the charge is $3 per hour. Our Special Deal with Public Parking: We've secured a special arrangement with the public parking facility. Guests can park overnight for a fee of $25 until 9 am the next day (per night, per car, and you have the flexibility to pay for as many cars as you need). Payment for this option can be made conveniently through Vnmo, or we can arrange payment through Airbnb after your booking is confirmed. Other things to note Easton's Beach, located on Memorial Boulevard at the start of the Cliff Walk, is a 3/4 mile long surf beach with a board walk. Come relax and play in our beautiful white sand ocean beach- surf the waves, ride our beautiful 1950's carousel, visit Save the Bay Exploration Center and Aquarium, or get married in a gorgeous beach front ceremony and celebrate in our newly refurbished ballroom. Rosie's Beach Store carries daily rentals of beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas during the peak summer season. They also carry some of those items you may have forgotten....sunscreen, towels, buckets and pails! Seasonal public facilities include restrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, shade pavilion, playground, skate park, picnic and grill area, bike racks, first aid, carousel, an elevator and beach wheel chairs for persons with disabilities, snack bar and 2 public parking lots.
