The space The complex is newly built in February 2021 on a plot of 300mts2, located within a closed urbanization, it is located on a rock 25 meters above sea level. Within the urbanization there are two private beaches with exclusive access to residents: Playita Mia and Playa La Leona. The house has two totally independent suites located on the ground floor. On the ground floor you will find the 70 mts2 patio completely covered with synthetic grass, where we also have a bbq sector with a washing machine, outdoor dining set and a garden umbrella! The barbecue and patio are illuminated so you can enjoy your roasts even in the evenings. In front of the suites we have a decorative courtyard with a small vertical garden ideal for your photos.
