Updated private ensuite bathroom, jetted jacuzzi tub, walk in closet. Step outside to hang out & enjoy your coffee on the private deck with a treehouse feel! Resident 2-year old Staffordshire Terrier, Gemma, lives upstairs and is not allowed in your space. Guest access Private space: ground floor room, private ensuite bathroom, & outside deck. Stepping stones and incline to walk to the entrance in the back of the house and then, a few steps up to the deck. Not wheelchair accessible. Free parking in my driveway. During your stay Please let me know if you have any requests, questions, or concerns. We can have as much or as little interaction and you would prefer. Other things to note 1 night minimum stay except during peak VT event weekends, such as Football Games and Graduation (2 night minimum stay) and holidays (3 night minimum stay). You can hear trains in the distance; It adds to the charm of the neighborhood! Grill on the deck available for use upon request and an extra $25 fee for use and cleanup of cooking utensils.
