We offer three large themed bedrooms and three baths, a pool and lounge, dining terrace, and a huge open-air kitchen with soaring ceiling. The primary suite has a spectacular water view and balcony. There is usually a 24 hr period between guests check out and check in to allow for a thorough cleaning of the Villa. Enjoy our pool with amazing ocean views and total privacy. Please note Baranca means on a cliff. If you have small children adult supervision is necessary. The three themed bedrooms are large and private, each with its own air conditioner AND fan. All beds include a brand-new gel memory foam mattress topper. All linens are 100% cotton. The Master Suite (“Birds”) features a king-sized bed, a view of the ocean, two-sink vanity,a smart TV A large shower and its own private balcony with bistro table & chairs. Bedroom #2 (“Palms”) another spacious king bed but this one can be separated into two twin beds. Bedroom #3 (“Fish”) has a double and a twin bed, and can accommodate 1-3 people. The large kitchen opens directly onto the private open-air terrace, where guests can dine or lounge. There is dishwasher, microwave, and brand-new stove. The kitchen is very well-stocked with appliances (coffeemaker, blender), cookware and serve ware, utensils ... and, of course, a barbecue grill on the terrace. The covered deck beside the pool offers a spot away from the group where guests can set up lounge chairs and tan while overlooking the ocean. A separate deck provides a washing machine and space for hanging laundry. A new outdoor staircase leads directly down to the beach. Guest access New and exciting developments in our area. Our prices reflect this.This is a private home /Private pool- all areas of the house are accessible only to the group in residence. The beach is semi-private, unseen from the street, and almost empty during the week. On weekends it is visited by neighbors and local residents, but is still quite uncrowded (except on holidays). The beach is steps away and semi-private to Villa Barranca guests and other residents of the immediate area. Guest parking is provided across the street from the villa . Other things to note We have an excellent cleaning regime. There is always a 24 hr period between guests check out and check in to allow for a thorough cleaning of the Villa. Electricity is expensive on the island. Each bedroom will be allotted ample AC for evening use. If air conditioning is used in excess, guests will be charged the going rate at the end of their stay. Each bathroom has a newly-installed hot water heater in the shower. Please ask for a demonstration on how to activate the hot water.
