Villa Halcyon is a breezy and spacious 3 level retreat. This fully furnished home features 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The second floor features a spacious main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony, 2 more bedrooms and a bath. Bathrooms are recently renovated. The open living/dining room, 1/2 bath, kitchen, breakfast banquette and Lanai complete the main floor. Down the spiral stairs to the ground level is the Spa Pool, bedroom suite, kitchenette, bar area, wet bathroom and laundry room. The space Villa Halcyon is a therapeutic space for self care and communion with loved ones - located in a secure gated community in Mt. Hope, 15 minutes from the capital - Port of Spain and 15-20 minutes from Piarco airport. The warm and welcoming Villa is tastefully furnished with eclectic, global decor from the owners’ travels and feels like home! All rooms are air-conditioned but you are encouraged to open the windows, put on the ceiling fans and enjoy cool breezes throughout! The Villa is equipped with modern Wi-Fi enabled Smart communication devices including a Ring video doorbell, electronic front and back door locks and Amazon Echo and Alexa devices throughout. Note - there are no cameras in private spaces. For added safety - a camera is located on the side entrance of the property( the Ring doorbell camera and the easily visible side yard camera posted next to the Avocado tree). Free cable TV, Fire TV and high speed Wi-Fi are included. Our backyard includes a bar with a wine and beverage chiller and bar accessories. The jetted Spa pool, waterfall shower and paved deck is the perfect space to work on your yoga practice, meditate or take a nap on the Charpoy or simply relax under the trees. This is the tropics - so ensure you use mosquito repellent to avoid excessive bites when you are outdoors. Safety is important to us - so, due to the Spa pool and balconies, Villa Halcyon is suitable for adults only at this time. Guest access Entire Villa - three levels - all rooms. Front and back patios, yard and pool area. A designated parking space for one vehicle and visitor parking. Other things to note Please note that bookings with children aren’t accepted at this time due to potential safety hazards with the Spa pool, spiral staircase and balconies. Advise security at the guard booth of your stay upon entry and whether you will have a car, and please park in your designated spot.
