The pool is only accessible for the guests of Beach House Pietermaai. Relaxing on the wooden pier above the sea you can enjoy the spectacular sun sets and watching the yachts and cruise ships navigating in and out of the harbor. Beach House Pietermaai offers a professional kitchen with cookery island, dishwasher, oven, luxury coffee Nespresso Machine, smoothie blender and a large refrigerator/freezer combination with ice machine. And of course sea view during cooking! For even more relaxing moments you will find a SONOS sound system, Smart-tv in living- and bed room, a book case and board games are available for even more relaxing moments. At the pool are sun beds with very comfortable mattresses, different seating area's with sun and shadow, hammock and a BBQ. The master bed room with sea view through the large sliding doors, is furnished with a luxury box spring bed (2-2 meter). The bed room has a smooth airco and ceiling ventilator. A walk in closet to store your clothes and luggage easily. Also a Smart-tv you'll find in your bed room. The master bath room offers two rain showers, double sinks, hair dryer and large mirrors and separate toilet. Beach House Pietermaai is suitable for 4 persons. A separate bed- and bath room is located ocean front. Ideal for 2 couples or Parents with 2 or more children. Besides the bed rooms, children can sleep on the large comfortable sleeping sofa in the living room (with airco). (Also baby crib available). The 2nd bedroom is only available if you've booked for 3/4 persons. If you like to use 2 bedrooms with only 2 people, you have to book for 3 guests. Towels, beach towels and kitchen towels are all provided, same for a cooling box and a beach bag. We also use standard extra cushion protection covers. We follow the guidelines from RIVM (Europe) and CDC/WHO (USA) Highlights: Washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board available in your house. Child friendly: baby bed, high chair, baby sitter service, toys on request Hair dryer, Walk in closet Private pool deck, beach chairs and beach area at the pool with hammock, bbq, outdoor shower American fridge, freezer and ice cubes. The 2nd bedroom is only available if you booked for 3/4 persons. If you would like to use the second bedroom for a booking of just 2 guests, you must select the option for 3 guests during booking. The second bedroom is exclusively reserved for the main booker and cannot be rented out separately to others. Other things to note You will stay in the city center, this means paid parking is between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You can park for free in a short walk, but can be very busy during week days. For a relaxed holiday, we highly recommend to rent a private gated parking lot for 5 euros/5 USD per night, just on the other side of the street. You will receive a remote to open/close the gate. Upon arrival we will hand over to you our manual, with all necessary things to know.
