There will be 2 closets that are locked for our personal items one in the master bathroom and one in the basement Other things to note No large parties. We have an HOA If we are made aware that there are large loud parties, there will be an extra $1500 fee assessed RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. These devices record audio and video, triggered by motion. The devices will be active during guests' stay. Please note that recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are our top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our guests. Removal or turning off of these devices is prohibited
