This guest Home is Located in Fitts Village, St. James. It faces the ocean for admirable sunsets & It's very close to a grocery store, pharmacy & restaurant. It’s a 30 second walk before sand on your feet at Fitts village beach. It's within 1 mile of Batts Rock Beach, Paynes Bay Beach. The house consist of 3 air conditioned bedrooms w/ 4 beds to accommodate 6 guest comfortably. (2 queen & 2 single beds) Please review (Guest access /The space) for additional details. Exterior Secamera only. The space The person booking must provide the accurate number of guest attending and bedrooms needed. The price changes according to the number of guest and number of bedrooms needed. The base nightly rate is for up to 2 guest sharing the same bedroom. An additional guest charge applies to additional guest which requires additional bedrooms. Failure to provide accurate information is a violation of this rental agreement. Guest access Access to each bedroom is based upon 2 person occupancy per room. If two guest requires two separate rooms, an addition charge will apply. Access to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms will be granted at an additional guest occupancy daily fee based on the number of additional guest and bedrooms needed. Guest will have access to the number of bedrooms requested to accommodate additional guest along with the remainder of the house. Extra bedrooms not paid for will be secured during occupancy and access is not allowed. Those rooms will not be rented when a guest secures the property but may be rented if the property owner is occupying the residence prior to a secured booking. Full access to the entire house for long term stay may be granted at a negotiated rate. During your stay I'm not available in person unless sharing the property with a guest who requested a booking while I’m present, but the property manager is available offsite if needed. Other things to note This is a non smoking property. Any smoking should be conducted outside the property. Failure to do so will result in a $500 cleaning fee and refusal on future bookings.
