Like a large hotel room, this studio has a king bed, HD cable/ TV, wifi, desk, a/c & heat. Kitchenette is set up for simple meal preparation with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, sink, kitchen ware and cooking utensils. We provide pressed linens & soft towels. There are 2 bbqs on site. Great for business/solo traveler! Our space is great because it is affordable and in a fantastic location. The complex is quiet, has open parking included and there is a laundry room on the ground floor. Please note that this is on the 2nd floor and we do not have elevators. Like a hotel room, the guest has private access to this unit. This is a 2nd floor unit. Laundry room is on the 1st floor Please let me know if I missed anything in the room. We are approximately 45 mins from Denver International Airport and 10 minutes from Centennial Airport. We are in the Denver Metro, therefore it takes 30-45 minutes to drive downtown, depending on traffic. The light rail RTD is a 5-7 minute walk. Please check our location on the map to see where we are in relation to your destination. We are not 4/20 friendly, anywhere on the property. You must leave the building completely if you smoke cigarettes. Due to allergies and accidents we do not allow pets in our unit.
