The space Fully equipped, with washer and dryer in unit, and air conditioning. Private deck attached to unit or you are welcome to use the Multiple out door areas that include hammocks throughout the property and outdoor areas with couches in which to relax and enjoy the tropical environment. Enjoy the tropical sound of the Coqui (Puerto Rico's unique tree frog) in the evening and awake to birds singing in the morning hours. We also have a couple chickens and rooster roaming the property so you will hear them throughout the day. Guest access Property is gated and fenced in making it completely private, and located in a safe and quiet community. Private entrance to the Unit. Guests have access to all ground floor areas, decks and grounds. Other things to note We offer a maximum of seven days stay.
