This a very comfortable house located in the safest place of Guayaquil. This house is been occupied for three people including me with a super host status. This place is located 8 mins away from Plaza Batan and you can walk from here to Plaza Tia and the piazza with nightlife and restaurants. You are paying for a room but you will be able to use the areas that a private complex as this offers as pool, gym, tennis, soccer. It is located in Ciudad Celeste 20 minutes from downtown Guayaquil the main seaport of Ecuador. There are supermarkets, banks, hospitals, universities and a few plush malls, i.e. Rio Centro, Plaza Lagos, and Village Plaza, about 20 minutes away by car. Rio Centro has many different kinds of shops to explore, restaurants with many typical savory dishes, movie theaters, nightclubs, ATM machines and banks, a health spa and entertainment on weekends for free. See schedule for announcements at the Rio Centro mall on the second floor. Ciudad Celeste is a gated residential community with 24-hour security patrol. There is a private pool for adults and children, a tennis court and a gymnasium accessible to guests on the premises. Private taxi service available 24/7 door to door (at additional price). Parking is available by the house for your car. A Historical Park/Natural Reserve is nearby about 10 minutes from Ciudad Celeste. If going to see the Galapagos Islands, this is a good short stop to see Guayaquil, a contemporary city with a rich historical background. It is known as the Pearl of the Pacific. As per entertainment, there are museums, cafes, concerts on the park, and folklore boutiques in the new Malecon 2000. Las Penas is also by El Malecon 2000 which is a bohemian community full of artists, galleries and bars. Recently a new Piazza Center (mini mall) opened up outside the gated community which is a block away from the complex. There you can find a grocery store, a pharmacy, a unisex parlor/spa, internet service, a restaurant and a bakery. A great place to buy freshly baked bread and pastries, etc. Note: Guayaquil has an average temperature of 95 to 100 degrees in the rainy season. There is no hot water in the house, but the running water warms up with solar energy around 10am. You don't really need hot water in a tropical climate. There is a local bus which runs during the day from 7am to 7pm and it goes to El Terminal Terrestre (Bus Terminal). Here you can make connections with el Metrovia and other buses going to different places in the city or to other cities like Cuenca and Quito; and also to towns like Montanita or Salinas. Guest access Guest have access to the community pool, tennis courts, fútbol courts. Also can access to the kitchen in case need to prepare some food. During your stay I will give you privacy this is a very quiet place but you can always contact me for messaging. Other things to note I encourage guest to know since this is a room in a habitable house this place is not suitable for dates.
