If your arrival is after 6:30 pm on Saturday or on Sunday we'll do your grocery shopping for you - just send us a list, there is no charge for our time. For your convenience I have also arranged a special deal with a local car rental agency. For those who will be renting for seven days you will get your seventh day free. Additionally, if you pay with traveler’s checks or cash you will receive a 5% discount. Bicycles (not for primary transportation) and kayaks come with the property rental. Guest access You have access to everything on the property except for the locked owner's closet - entrance from outside. Other things to note We will email you a short term rental agreement which will explain our obligations to you and yours to us. We will also email you a welcome letter with a lot of useful information. In the information you will find the house rules which include smoking outside only. You agree to the terms by submitting payment to AIRBNB. If you are unfamiliar with the agreement you may request that we send it to you before or after payment.
