The space All of our rental spaces at Tres Cocos Resort are privately owned, one or two bedroom, condos, set up for vacation rentals. We have a grounds and maintenance team on the property every day to ensure that the unit itself and grounds and property are exactly as you wish for your vacation. Our front desk team is available daily to help with anything you need. While staying with us, we provide complimentary drinking water and beach towels. Housekeeping is scheduled by your request, as frequently as you like, at no additional cost. Guest access You will be able to access the beach, the pool, front office, as well as the rest of the curated grounds.
