Other things to note Additional rules: ·We make every effort to keep the villa and its inventory in optimal condition. In case of maintenance issues during your stay, we will do our best to fix that issue as soon as possible once we receive notification. No refund or rate adjustment will be made in the event of mechanical failures such as electrical power, water, cable or television services, electronic equipment, etc. It is the guest's responsibility to report any problems or damages that occur. Any damage incurred to the villa or its contents during your stay (plus 25% service charge) will be taken from this security deposit. Damages that exceed this amount will be charged to the credit card left in record. Charges will not be made without giving prior notice to the guests. An automatic charge for damages that exceed the security deposit will be made to the credit card that you have left on record within 14 days of your departure unless otherwise agreed in writing by guests and the Administration. Security deposits will be refunded (minus damage charges) within 48 hours of checkout. Terms of use and policies. Terms of use of the property. The number of people in the villa is restricted to the ones listed on the reservation, excluding children. In the event that a group misrepresents, you will be required to pay the additional people immediately and/or you may be asked to leave the villa without any refund. ·Before booking the villa, it is your responsibility to inform the number of people who will occupy it and if there are any special health conditions (allergies, heart conditions, motor conditions) or any special requirements relevant to your accommodation. We request the name, address, and telephone number of each guest. Guests are responsible for their villa, and all windows, doors, and unattended areas are expected to be secured at all times. ·The area is a residential community and we strive to maintain it in a peaceful atmosphere, with a relaxed atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of neighbors and guests.
