Such a cool room! A private- in room bath filled with vintage tiles and historic recycled pieces and to the charm. We offer a large soaking tub and shower along with the original marble sink. An added feature is a private 2nd story porch filled with plants and breezes in seasonal months! You are tucked away among pine scents and garden views on this cool second story hideaway! Guest access The Minnie Barnard has a private set of steps and a private 2nd story porch! The rooms design with your bathroom in room create total privacy! The home is a bed and breakfast so the Common spaces are all open. The Living room has a view of the river with great seating and reading material! The Study is an eclectic space with TV and full cable and a great writing desk ! Color and art fill the rooms but comfort is found through out the home. The Kitchen and Dining rooms are open but with LIMITATIONS that we discuss upon your arrival. Out doors- there is SO MUCH to enjoy! Our large front porch sits above our heirloom gardens and has the greatest view of the Allegheny River with comfortable seating. The Fire Pit seats many along the river. Around the side of the home the Trail Garden Patio seats 25 guest at bistro tables on among beautiful brick, stone and art! Around back, the Garden Shed exterior bathroom is creted using all recycled elements. The Rockin' Hot Tub Sits along side the shed and is surrounded by our Bottle Wall- 750 beautiful bottles surround you in color and privacy! Come enjoy our HOME! During your stay Once you arrive at our BnB ( check in time is needed prior to arrival 3-10pm) we greet you with a smile and walk you through the home and discuss the home, amentities and area. We make suure you are comfortable in your surroundings and gift you the key. We DO NOT LIVE on site ( 2 Blocks away) thus providing you with great privacy. YOU MAY ACCESS US 24/7 by phone. Every morning we return and start the fresh ground coffee brewing! Then our famous LOCAL breakfast is created for you with foods from our gardens or within a 25 mile radius of the BnB. We strive to create a beautifully plated breakfast that you will be impressed by! Other things to note We are recreation! We are knowledgable in many venues, recreation is our focus but history, environment etc. is our business! Trails, river, parks, creeks and lakes offer endless opportunities to enjoy the valley at its finest!
