Pelicanos 22 is a brand new house in Palma Real a new secured neighbourhood, that can host up to 8 people. With a pool in the common area, close to all comodities and a 5 minutes ride to the beach it is perfect for groups and families. The space Pelicanos 22 is a brand new house in a bran new area. Spacious and comfortable, this house is perfect for a group of friends that want to spend a good time and tour around or for a family who just need a vacation and need to keep it simple. The access to the common area allows you to go for a refreshing dip in the pool after a happy day in the sand, salt and sun! Our full equiped kitchen will allow you to prepare some good meals for your group using the fresh ingredients from the nearby markets. The house counts with one master bedroom with a queen size bed and it´s own bathroom and 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the second floor. One room downstairs can be used as a 4th bedroom if required to sleep kids on a camping bed. The couch is modular which means it can be turned into 2 single beds or a double bed. So even though the house ideally fits 6, families of 10 have happily stayed here before! Guest access Each room has a closet with drawers and hangers for your clothes and belongings and has very comfortable matresses and bed sheets. The kitchen is fully furnished and you can use everthing (italian espresso machine, juice extractor, food processor, BBQ etc...) so that you can cook just like you do at home. The backyard area is nice for doing BBQ on a pretty afternoon. Basically, the house will feel like home to you. Other things to note It is a residencial neighbourhood that has a rules on noise at night, alcohol consumption by the pool and where there is respect between neighbours. if you have a rental car, you wll be provided a special tag for the car so that security lets you in.
