Our property stands among the select few short-term rentals in Ocean Village that are fully registered and authorized by both the state and the City of Fort Pierce. The living room and dining room are located to the center as you enter the front door. The condo’s location is to the left of the elevator, at the end of the catwalk, so you won’t have anyone peeking in your windows. 🥹 The space immediately feels quite airy with high cathedral ceilings. The bedroom suites are situated left and right off the central living room. Each suite has its own private bathroom and lots of storage for your travel belongings. The King suite is to your left, and it has a tub. The Queen suite is to your right, and its bathroom has a Carrera marble tile shower. Here are the features that set this condo apart from others. It is very special to sit on our beach and experience the rolling waves and constant breezes, regardless of the time of year. Guest access Fly into West Palm Beach airport (PBI) or try the new Breeze service in Vero Beach. We can recommend a driver to run you from the airport if you prefer to Uber around our area when you're here. Fort Pierce is on South Hutchinson Island, a barrier beach between Vero Beach and Jensen Beach. Our condo complex, called Ocean Village, is a resort full of amenities. For no additional charge, you'll have pools, beach, golf ($5 Dec.-Apr.), tennis, and bocce. The recreation center staff offers games and fun activities at no charge. You and your guests can join in for lots of fun! You are welcomed to access everything in the condo. This lovely condo is adjacent to a botanical garden, through a yard to the Cayman Pool, across the street from the 7th green on the golf course, and one block from the beach at boardwalk crossover #5. All of these are contained within our gated community, so you'll have privacy and a bit of exclusivity. There is wonderful walking on the wide sidewalks outside the gates on A1A, and there are 20 restaurants within 4 miles up to Fort Pierce's Marina and Main Street. Pickleball courts are just 2 blocks away at Jaycee Park. Please understand that there is No Smoking nor chewing tobacco allowed in this spacious condo. Our property management team tours after each guest party departs, and a $250 special cleaning fee will be administered to any guest party who has smoked/ chewed tobacco in the condo. This would be a good location to work remotely with its desk/ chairs and chair in each suite. Plus -- there's EV charging port in our carport. You won't need to search around for charging (although there is free charging on the third floor of the Fort Pierce City Garage in the Marina area. :)) Other things to note Fort Pierce is known as the Sunrise City. The historic town marina is about 4 miles away across the Indian River Lagoon and features great shopping, a weekly Saturday farmer's market, jazz on the waterfront, an art walk, and crafts festivals. The Intercoastal Waterway offers excellent boating and fishing. Two Publix supermarkets are within a short driving distance, and corporate shopping (Home Depot, Walmart, etc.) are just a few more miles away. There are many fabulous restaurants within a short drive, several of which overlook the water. We have a restaurant here in Ocean Village, too, and lots of local restaurants are happy to deliver.
