This house is nestled in a small organic coffee farm. The bungalow is built in the beautiful decorative guava trees overlooking the grand Lake Atitlan and its  mystic looking volcanoes.  The  windows open to the feel of the outdoors and the terrace above has stunning sunrise and sunset views. The adobe finish gives it a consistent comfortable temperature. Along with a sunrise lake front is a sunset on either side of a point that jets out high above the lake. The property has many different lake access points and is situated conveniently close to road taxis and a beautiful 15 minute walk to the town of San Marcos.
