The house is newly renovated. It is a block and a half from the bay. The Malecon ( the street by the bay) has several excellent seafood restaurants and a couple of nice bars. We are less than 5 minutes by car from the beach. There is a nice public beach with facilities next to the Copamarina Resort . Copa has a great seaside bar. Guánica is surrounded by the Guanica Dry forest ( a UN biosphere) . Great hiking trails, some of which lead to the beach. The space 4 bedrooms.A good sized eat-in kitchen . 2 full bathrooms. Full sized washer&dryer . A rear screened in porch. Guest access It’s whole house access Other things to note Ponce has an airport that JetBlue flys into. 20 minutes from the house. San Juan is a 2 hour drive
