The space We purchased this mobile home park and had big dreams for a tiny home community, that allowed families and friends to stay in an affordable and comfortable space to explore our favorite place on earth! We immediately replaced 11/15 homes with brand new, beautiful homes, and redid the entire property. We’ve created a space that has hosted thousands of guests now! It is a peaceful and quite community that guests have come to love. There are several long term guest that are incredible nice and keep to themselves. Parking is tight, but we’ve managed a dedicated space to each home, including several first come first served reserved spaces! This tiny home has everything you need. There is no shared spaces, the entire home is for your use! Other things to note Guests will need the physical ability to climb steep steps when using the loft. The Loft also has a low ceiling height, some guest love this area and others have a hard time navigating the low ceiling, so please judge accordingly. This space backs up who a creek with a steep slope; stick to your private deck and take caution around edges.
