The space The more than 200-year-old finca was built in the traditional Lanzarotine country house style. It is surrounded by a 2000 m2 exotic garden with many typical island plants and trees, including 28 palm trees, many of which are very high. This rare green oasis on the island is framed by a wall, so guests experience absolute intimacy in the patio and garden. Casa Lisboa is the main house of Finca Mimosa. With the main entrance and large garden area, it is a self-contained 150 m2 cottage, which is built horseshoe-shaped around a lush patio. In the middle of the garden, there is an organically designed, 30m2 pool, which can be used exclusively by guests of Casa Lisboa. A bench in and by the pool allows for relaxing bathing delights. A shady and wind-protected pergola in front of the kitchen on the ground floor and two sun terrace on the first floor offer impressive distance and close views. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, accessible via separate external stairs, each with a spacious terrace. The first bedroom has a typical lanzarotine brick bed as well as a closet shelf. Connected to the bedroom is a spacious anteroom that merges into the southwest facing terrace and allows for a wonderful view of the fire mountains. The bathroom is also right next to the bedroom and also from here you can enjoy the view into the distance and into the garden. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of Casa Lisboa with visual contact to the terrace of the first bedroom. The attached terrace with south-east orientation offers sun from morning to evening and allows for views of the garden as well as the church tower of Teguise, which faces between the palms. Next to the terrace, this bedroom has a small balcony to the south, which also allows for the view of the fire mountains. The 30m2 living room with open wooden gable is equipped with a long table that also offers enough space for a meal in a larger group. In addition, there is a brick corner sofa that invites you to read. Attached to the living room is a 20 m2 fireplace room with pull-out couch. A magnificent retreat for cozy evenings. A second large bathroom on the ground floor surprised by a brick mosaic tile-blend bathtub. The spacious and well-equipped country-style kitchen invites you to cook. The entire garden and pool area is completely protected from view thanks to a wall. This gives guests the luxury of having plenty of space and tranquility in their own oasis, depending on the mood, taking advantage of the gastronomic and cultural offerings of the nearby historic old town of Teguise.
