The space Casa de Shelley is an ultra, energy efficient Covintec property. It was built to North American building and safety standards so no surprises! Casa de Shelley sits on a beautiful lot of almost an acre nestled right in Corozal Town (Northern Belize). We have 2 Casas , the Luxury Suite Casa 1 and The Luxury Poolhouse Casa 2(this is the one you're looking at). Each Casa is fully loaded, with everything you need for a short or long term stay. We can assist our guest with diving, fishing, Mayan ruins and other available tours. Guest access Gym, Pool, Patio, Sky Deck, Private docking facilities with water and electric, Fishing Area We are walking distance to a huge grocery store and 3 very nice restaurants. We also have bike rentals. Other things to note The Pool House is a one bedroom, one full bath separate, private house. The entire front opens onto the pool with beautiful French doors. The bedroom has a very comfy queen bed with a dresser and spacious closet. The full bath has a roomy shower, comfort height toilet, nice vanity, and a washer/dryer. There is even a grab bar and seat for safety in the shower. The bedroom and the living room both have wall mount flat screen TV's. The poolhouse has a full, galley style kitchen complete with gas oven, top burners, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and more. The kitchen has dishes and all the cookware you will need. There also is a cozy dining area for two and a few guests. The pool house even has it's own gas BBQ grill! The living room has a nice leather couch with recliner. There is also a work station if you must do some work during your stay. The Luxury Pool house comes with free WiFi, free Netflix, free 1st run movies and tv shows, A.C., hot soft water, shampoo and body wash in the shower and of course a beautiful pool at you doorstep with lots of seating and entertaining areas.
