On the shady, cooler side of the river of Boca de Tomatlan sits Casa Cereza, a small but spacious little villa of 3 apartments. Jungle Bungalow is the original Stone and brick house, charming studio with large kitchen, spacious patio with outdoor grill, laundry room, exercise equipment and garden. We are located a short walk to the beach or into town for groceries along a river path and over the bridge. Watching the children play and swim is a special treat. The space Casa Cereza is a small private estate that sits on the river close to the beach in a small town 10 miles south of Puerto Vallarta, it's a getaway, a place to decompress, not a high-end all inclusive resort, but we have what you need if you seek something different, more authentic, more personal. Casa Cereza has 3 unique apartments, each built at different phases over the years, The patios and balconies are spacious, surrounded by lush landscape and mountain views. Boca, is self-sufficient with restaurants, markets, gift shops, liquor store and even a really good coffee shop and bakery. Don't underestimate us, Boca is real. Our home is on the shady breezy side of the river, but understand that you must walk across our swinging bridge (you will more than likely see the children playing in the river). Decompress, welcome. Guest access Parking is on the other side of the river, there is both free parking and paid parking. Because Boca is a beach town it can get very busy during the day before visitors leave the beach. You also have to walk across the swinging bridge to access the house, so if you have any mobility issues, you might want to consider that Boca is a very rustic little town with uneven terrain, some natural dirt paths as well as cobble stone streets. Other things to note Boca is a little Mexican town where chickens and dogs run free with occasional loud music if you have any mobility issues understand that the town has some unpaved roads, dirt paths, and you must walk across a swinging bridge. As a whole, it is a perfect place for small group vacations. Activities here includ snorkeling, fishing, hiking, zip-lining, waterfalls, kayaking, day trips to other towns, it's close to downtown and cabs, ubers, buses and water taxis going to towns and beaches to the south. Pets: dogs only, maximum 1 and small or medium dogs only, must be well-behaved. Fee of $25 apply
