There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee if the reservation is cancelled after 24 hours of booking. Outdoor furniture may be winterized from December - May. The wood located in the backyard is not available as firewood. You can find firewood at the local gas station or convenience store on 152nd street. We welcome you to indulge in the wood burning fireplace located in the family room. We just ask that you please use caution when using and never leave unattended. For any guests with mobility restrictions, there are two steps that lead both to the living room and kitchen. All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules.
