There is a comfortable sofa and flatscreen TV, as well as a dining table and 4 chairs. At the end of the room, the open-plan kitchen is separated by a wooden breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and toaster. Sleeping The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. In the entrance hall, there is a bunk bed. For skiers and snowboarders, the property is close to the slopes, ski shuttle buses and ski lifts. The slopes around Combloux suit skiers of all levels. There are many festivals and events throughout the year, such as the well-being fortnight, (April) which features a series of talks and sessions focusing on mental and physical health. In the first week of July, the village hosts the most difficult mountain bike competition in the world, with courses of between 20km and 140km. The village’s Christmas festivities are particularly popular with children and there is regular night skiing with flaming torches throughout the winter season. The village is home to one of France’s first open-water swimming areas, Lac Biope (an 8-minute drive). Here you can swim in pristine mountain waters, with spectacular views of Mont Blanc. For something even more relaxing, try the natural thermal baths at Les Bains de Mont Blanc, in St Gervais Les Bains (a 20-minute drive). Geneva airport is a 1-hour and 10-minute drive from the chalet.
