This beautiful villa in the Paralimni area is located on a very quiet road and offers views of the surrounding fields as well as sea views.As you enter this beautiful villa, you will find a very spacious and comfortable living room area with ample seating for guests and includes a full sized pool table as well as large patio doors leading you to the garden and pool area. There is also a small dining area here with table and chairs to seat 6 persons. Off from the living room you will find a large and modern kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for 2 persons and is fully equipped with all modern appliances that you need for your self-catering stay and the dining area includes table and chairs to seat 10 persons. On the ground floor, you will also find two of the five bedrooms that the villa has to offer. The 1st bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower and WC as well as an extra bathroom with a WC on this floor.As you go upstairs, straight in front of you, you will find the grand master bedroom. This bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, double bed as well as a small seating area with extra sofas and a coffee table. There are large patio doors that lead out to the very spacious verandah area that overlooks the garden and pool. The second bedroom on this floor also includes an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and shared balcony and the third bedroom includes a four-poster bed and shared balcony. All bedrooms have fully-fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and offer beautiful views. The main family bathroom can be found on this floor and has a bathtub, overhead shower and WC.At the back of the villa, you will find a very large and stunning garden which features an outside bar, shaded seating area with plenty of room for outside dining, barbecue, sun-loungers and private pool, ideal for days of sun-bathing and relaxation.This villa has been decorated and furnished to a very high-standard and provides the perfect setting and base for an enjoyable, private and peaceful holiday with family and friends.
