Here you are in a beautiful studio of 25 m², quiet comfortable and secure, located in hyper center of Tours where everything is at your fingertips. The train station and Tram are within a minute walk. The Palais des Congrès (Le Vinci) you will just have to cross the station square (100 m). Many offbeat restaurants, bars, and shops are in the immediate vicinity in the surrounding streets. I will personally welcome you and make every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The space You will stay on the 4th floor (with lift) in a newly renovated 25 m² studio with all the comforts you need. It is equipped with a kitchen with hobs, a fridge, a multifunctional microwave oven, a Tassimo coffee maker, as well as everything you need to prepare your small dishes. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed that can be converted into two seconds, with a high-strength mattress, will allow you to spend good nights without worrying about back pain. The apartment is equipped with a large format TV and also with Internet fiber for a greater bandwidth. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower and toilet as well as many accessories to satisfy you. A small dressing room will also allow you to store your clothes and personal belongings. Guest access As we are in the heart of the city, parking in the immediate vicinity is chargeable from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:30 and free on Sundays. The first nonpaying places are 4/5 minutes walk (rue Auguste COMPTE and rue GRECOURT). However you have the possibility to rent a place (12€ per day) in the secure parking "LE VINCI" which is 50 meters from the apartment, under the square of the train station. The whole apartment is accessible to you as well as the landing of the inner courtyard. The residence is under video surveillance. The entrance hall is secured by a badge, the elevator by a code, the door of the staircase and locked. Other things to note The apartment is non-smoking, however you will only have to open the front door of the apartment to smoke in the shelter and in the open air on the landing of the inner courtyard.
