Villa-Roux is a spacious (70 square meters + balcony) light self catering garden cottage on two levels is totally private and separate from the main house on the same plot. It is fully equipped for 4 people and ideal for a relaxing holiday. It within walking distance of the town centre with its many quaint little shops and cafes as well as the surrounding activities as diverse as wine tasting and gastronomical experimentation, horse riding and mountain hiking. The space Downstairs there is the main bedroom with en suit bathroom. In this space is also the kitchenette and 4-seater dining table. Upstairs is the second room with twin beds and en suite bathroom.In this space there is also the flat screen TV (with satellite channels) an Hi-Fi, a library, a coffee making station and the lounge area. It leads onto the balcony with patio furniture and a Webber barbecue facility. Once there you have a spectacular view on the surrounding mountains, vineyards and the garden surrounding the cottage. Guest access Guests enter the property through our mutual security gate. The paved garden path leads to the private entrance of Villa-Roux Self Catering Garden Cottage. Guests are welcome to wonder through our mutual garden but they have their private balcony with barbecue facility to relax on, sip a glass of wine from our wonderful surrounding wineries and enjoy the view. Other things to note Be aware that there is quite a steep staircase leading to the upstairs room. People with difficulty walking and young children's parents -please take note!
