PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR DETAILS.* The space This tiny home is walking distance to Bunky's BBQ, the Crow Peak Brewery, Guadalajara's Restaurant and The Bees Knees Natural Foods. The quiet road is home to a couple other vacation rentals and small homes. Some fast facts: -Brand New Hottub on private deck overlooking a beautiful field -We have a brand new, 2 seater private hot tub -The bed is a queen size bed. -The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower with a brand new tankless water heater. -The kitchen offers a full size fridge, gas stove, microwave and Keurig. -There is an All-In-One washer and dryer unit for your laundry needs. -Hulu, Disney, ESPN, and Roku channels and subscription is provided. Property Rules: --This property is dog-friendly! If you plan to bring your dog, you must get pre-approval and pay the pet fee before check-in. We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are fully potty trained, will stay off of the bed and couch, and will not be in the house alone unless kenneled. City law requires dogs to be on a leash while outside and because there are other cottages on the property and potentially other dogs visiting with their owners, it is extra important that dogs be on a leash when outside. Dog waste must be disposed of and any damages or additional cleaning may incur additional fees. We cannot currently accept cats, birds, etc at this property. -No Smoking or Vaping of any substances. If we find evidence of any kind of smoking or vaping in the property there will be a minimum of $250 added to your stay.
