Our Airbnb listing was redone in July 2023, find the 5-star reviews in photos;-) The space The Duplex du Belvédère is a perfect apartment in any season, whether in summer to enjoy the shoreline of Lake Geneva and festival or aquatic activities: beach, concerts, lazy, fishing, water sport, cruise, regatta, sailing... Or in winter on the mountain side: sliding sports, hiking, paragliding, charcuterie and cheese tasting... Great for a relaxing, seaside, cultural or sporty stay for at least 6 nights Description of our listing: Take a moment to read all the information written in the listing and look at the photos carefully;) Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm because I work after, thank you for your understanding:) Audrey On the ground floor: a 44m² living room with tv, fiber, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and toilet. On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with one 140x200 bed, one desk and one balcony; Bedroom 2 with 2 beds 100x200 and one balcony; Bedroom 3 with 2 bunk beds 180x90), fiber connection on the entire floor. Bathroom with washing machine (washer and dryer, new equipment in 2024) and separate toilet. We do not have air conditioning but each room is equipped with a fan, in case of hot weather. To enhance your stay, you will find: • Less than a 3-minute walk: the Tourist Office, the Chablais Museum, St François de Sales Basilica, Hôtel de Ville and the entrance to the funicular that goes down to the beaches, the banks of the lake and the port of Rives • Less than 5 minutes' walk away: restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and other shops... • A 10-minute walk: Valvital Spa • 17 min drive: Evian Golf • From 20 to 45 minutes by car or bus: ski resorts. For the joys of the slide: Les Portes du Soleil, Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets, Châtel are 30-45 minutes from Thonon. You can choose smaller family resorts like Habère-Poche or Bernex which are 20 minutes away. • 30 mins away: Lausanne by river shuttle • 1 hour drive: Geneva, Chamonix, Mont Blanc, Montreux... For music lovers, our Duplex is a central point to get to the many festivals around the lake. Feel free to visit my Co-Host Audrey's guide for good places to discover:) All your music or sports equipment, as well as strollers or other bulky objects, can be stored in a reserved area of the apartment, with direct access from the street. Request access to your host upon arrival. Guest access The DUPLEX DU BELVEDERE is a 146 m² apartment at your disposal. It is located: • 10 minutes on foot from the train station and the bus station; • 200 meters from the green parking area • 100 meters from the Belvédère parking lot, underground and guarded parking. You can book your parking on Thonon's website: parkindigo . We will help you book or take a subscription to the Parking des Arts Other things to note Laundry is washed and ironed with the utmost care. The laundry fee for linens is included in the mandatory cleaning fee of €180 which is to be given to Audrey upon your arrival. 2 120x60 umbrella beds ( without sheets) and a booster seat are available upon request from Audrey.
