Xfinity cable + Netflix, propane BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 1 queen bed, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 2 cars securely parked inside fence gate with lock Other things to note Party or any kind of gathering: As my house rule is clear, any party or gathering inviting non-guest individuals to the house is strictly prohibited. I would never authorize such a gathering regardless of the nature of it. Guests should know Airbnb is extremely strict to both guests and hosts in case neighbors report to Airbnb to complain about noise etc "community nuisance", caused by such gatherings. Pet Fee and Pet Policy My house is pet friendly but ask all pet owners to pay one-time pet fee of $50 per pet. Again, it is $50 per pet not $50 for multiple pets. Pet fee does not cover any damage caused by pets including excessive dirtiness inside and outside of the house. Pets are not allowed to be on beds or couches. If pets are left in the house while a guest is absent, they need to be kept in the potty cage Extra Guest Policy This house is only for the guests registered in a reservation. In principle, no visitor is allowed to stay in the house even for a short period of time. In case it is revealed non-guest individuals are in the house, those people will be counted as guests and extra guest fee ($25 per person per day above 4) will be charged . It does not matter if those visitors stay overnight or not. All people that stay in the house are counted as guests unless the host pre-approve such visitations.
