Guest access You are welcome to access all areas of this single-story house this is a one-bedroom house with 1 bathroom and is nice for a family with kids sleeping on a few couch beds and a day bed and one full in the bedroom. The community areas are the yard games like volleyball the swim pool spa and the docks and kayaks and lake toys and trash container across the street. Remember do not park on the street say in your driveway please and avoid using or intruding on other guests if they are using that area just wait, they won't use the area for that long before you can use it next. "From May 1st to September 30th, we require a 3 to 6-night stay when booking any weekend night if more than 3 months out and a 2 to 3-night weekend stay if booked less than 2 months away from the dates you want to book. 1 night stays are approved on case by case basis and typically accepted during the week in peak season and 99 percent of the time in off season times. We have a guest check in person that and if not available will get your code for you by text and check on you if needed, your first 4 guests are covered in the clean prep fee in in billing at approx. $20 per person, however if you add more than 4 guest plans on paying check in person directly or pay in app platform the extra prep fee. We have an open-door policy. This means you can add guests up to and including after your arrival. The fees for your guests will be calculated after you decide your done adding or inviting guests and giving us your final total. Extra guests are $25 per night and a 1 time prep clean and linen fee $20 per person less what you already pay in your original requested fee typically $20 to note the per person rate ideally a red flag to note it's still due because of such a low amount. This can be deducted or will be taken from your deposit if not paid along with any damages or not cleaned or missing items. We prefer to clear this up before your arrival if your open-door guests' numbers are certain, however we can wait until 24 hours before check-out if you prefer and need time to get your open-door numbers finalized. This is much like a fridge in a hotel with fresh beverages as you consume them you will have to eventually pay at check out.
