The space The house, which can comfortably accommodate 5 people, is the perfect solution for your holidays with family or friends. It is located on the first floor (without elevator) and consists of a living room / kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. But the real gem of the house is the large terrace with views on the green area of the residence that hosts the house: equipped with table and chairs, it is perfect for your relaxation and for outdoor meals. The living area, from which you have access to the terrace, includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a Tv and two sofas that can be converted into single beds if necessary; the sleeping area consists of a triple bedroom with a double bed and single sofa bed. The bathroom includes a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation. Other things to note *The building features an outdoor shared swimming pool; if you wish to take a dip, the access is to be paid on site.
