The flat is big, cool, comfortable, 30 m from the beach, has a big living room with 2 single beds, porch with 1 more single bed and beach view, 2 sleeping rooms with double bed each and beach view, fully equipped kitchen; spacious bathroom with strong shower and bidet. Bedding/towels provided. Porters around the clock offer 100% security. The space The fllat has beach view from three windows and is just to go downstairs, cross the Gustavo Sampaio avenue, walk in front of the Leme Palace Hotel and you are at the beach Avenue! It is a fresh, big and comfortable 2 sleeping rooms apartment, with ventilators in the rooms and in the living room, besides one which is removable, in case one needs more coolness. But there are beautiful trees in front of the windows, which provide nice shadow. Therefore, it is never too hot in the flat. The flat is decorated in antique style, with everything one may need. There is a double bed in each of the two big sleeping rooms and three single beds in the living room. You have beach view from the two sleeping rooms and from the living room. The bathroom is big and comfortable and the shower is a strong one, old style, as my father, who lived there till the end, was a tennis player and trainner, which means, he needed a "good" shower! The kitchen is also big and for longer periods we provide an extra service area, with laundry and extra door, for going and coming back from the beach. Maybe a small child could sleep on the living room sofa, which is too small for adults. Then it would be possible to accomodate 7 adults and the small child. And there is a big self-service laundry at the Av. Prado Júnior, three blocks from the flat. When the rent includes New Eve or Carnival, the price is for up to 7 guests, up to 28 days and also includes the final cleaning - which means, no extra cost. The site has no possibilities to show correct prices for theses periods and sometimes presents very high or low sums, which not always are right and which have then to be individually arranged. The deposit is 1/3 of the rental fee. There is free Wifi in the hall of the building. In the flat the guest uses his smartphone as router, and the Brazilian SIM card can be bought at the newsstands, all around in the neigborhood, or we arrange it for you. Just let us know, whether you need that we order this Sim Card for you. Guest access The guests have access to the whole flat. Other things to note The porters are not allowed to care for any luggage. Thus, you need to carry your luggage after check.out and bring it to the flat only when you check in. Don't leave any luggage at the lobby. It is not safe and not allowed. In beach clothes, residents and guests have to use the service building entrance and the service elevator. Sorry, but the flat doesn't accomodate pets. We offer baby sitters, cleaning service, shuttle service to and from the 2 airports in Rio, as well as to the big bus station, "Rodoviária", which has busses to all big or small cities around the country. For your own security, it's not advisable to engage anybody, who hasn't been recommended by us. And, please, smoke near the windows, as we and most of our guests are non-smokers.
