The space With attention to detail at every turn, the home features a cozy living room, colorful kitchen, sparkling bathroom and comfortable sleeping area. Guest access The entire home and property is available to the guest with the exception of one interior locked storage closet. Other things to note The vacant lot directly next-door (to the north, the "left side" as facing from the street) will be having a small home constructed starting in July of 2024". The construction is directly next door and there isn't much separation between the house. Most of our guests have not found it to be an issue, but if you re looking for guaranteed quiet during working hours, this is probably not a suitable listing for you during 2024 through early 2025. Please note that the second bed is a sofa-bed. It is a very high quality bed and we have slept on it quite comfortably ourselves, but it is "just a sofabed". High quality linens, blankets and pillows are provided. No parties or pets please. Trip insurance recommended if illness, weather or smoke may be an issue.
