Other things to note 1) Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors during your stay. 2) Please note that if any of our rules are not followed, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the home. 3) Parties/Noise: Per Airbno regulations and local ordinances, and in order to respect the neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, parties are strictly prohibited. 4) Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $25 for each guest over the number booked (unless discussed with us) even if the person does not stay the night; this is to prevent parties and gatherings. 5) Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, a non-refundable fee. No more than two (1) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet's feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. Please note, there will be an additional $100 fee for any animal waste found on the property after you leave. Please note that the pets are not to be left alone at the home. Pets must not bark excessively to disturb the neighbors. 8) Smoking Policy: Our house is a non-smoking home, please only smoke in the backyard. No smoking of cigarettes, cannabis, and vaping inside the house or there will be an additional $300 cleaning fee. 9) Candles: We do not allow the use of candles in the home, this creates a fire hazard. 10) Utilities: We kindly ask that you turn off lights and AC/Heater when not in the home. 11) Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. 12) The house may not have all the child safety features you require, so please ask about your specific needs.
