It also has a nice enclosed (shared) backyard and a dog door for your pups. *Note the only sink is located in the bathroom, and there are 4 stairs to access it. The space -1 king size bed -Pullout sleeper couch that sleeps 2 -1 bathroom (up 4 steps) with washing machine and dryer -Kitchenette with fridge, air fryer/oven, Nespresso coffee machine, water cooler and basic kitchen utensils ***IMPORTANT-the only sink is a large kitchen sink located in the bathroom with a dish drying rack -Lounge area with smart tv -Wifi -Outdoor lounge area with fire place -Private entrance with key code entry -Driveway parking or free street parking -Bbq grill -little garden feel free to take anything out of it! Note- the backyard is shared with my other unit.
