We do not allow parties but may allow small family gatherings/retreats contact Waterview_oasis The space As beautiful inside as out, with plush furniture, an amazing kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to entertain and cook for a group of up to 10 people. The designer kitchen comes with your very own espresso and ice machines and all-new state-of-the-art appliances. The master suite will not disappoint with the same expansive views in both the bedroom and spa master ensuite. Enjoy ultra plush and comfortable mattresses in every bedroom as well as premium linens. Perched on a hill above the waterfront of Ruston Way, you will feel miles above the city but in reality are within a few miles of downtown Tacoma and the Tacoma dome, a block from the numerous restaurants/shops of Point Ruston, two miles to the Point Defiance Zoo, two miles from I-5, 25 minutes from Seatac Airport, 35 minutes to downtown Seattle, an hour to Snoqualmie Pass, and two hours to Ocean Shores. Enjoy walks along the 3-mile stretch of the very walkable waterfront or take a tour of the Proctor District lined with historical homes, quaint shops, and delicious eateries on every corner. This home also has an electric car charging station. There is absolutely nothing like this property available in the area. The size, location, and beauty of this vacation rental exceed anything you can rent in the city! Please note that there are three separate units on this property, however, there is absolutely no shared space. Each unit is separate from living space to outdoor space and includes designated parking. This particular unit being the largest has a two-car garage for parking as well as a large courtyard area that can fit two to three additional cars depending on size. Please do not rent this property to host an event/party. There is limited parking only for the number of guests allowed (only up to 4-5 cars depending on size). Guest limit is strictly enforced. Guest access There is no shared space. The top two levels of the large building include the main living space and one bedroom and bathroom. The three additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the floor above. Although it is possible to walk down the stairs to the separate mother-in-law apartment entrance from the main house, the spaces are separated by a staircase and locked door. The mother-in-law has a completely separate entrance on the opposite side of the main house entrance and it’s own designated parking area. Other things to note Maximum guest capacity is strictly enforced, as is designated parking. You may not park outside the designated area (2 car garage and courtyard immediately in front of garage). Absolutely no parking on the main shared driveway, as that is a fire hazard. And no parking in front of the smaller building.
