This community project began as an initiative of the Association La Milagrosa de Angostura (ASOLAMI). The river is right in front of the project, surrounded by a totally virgin vegetation where you can see endemic birds such as parrots and others,surrounded by mountains that provide an unparalleled climate, is the right place to stay when you want to climb the highest peak in the Greater Antilles, DUARTE PEAK. We also have a variety of excursions to get to know the community. The space The Angostura Ecotourism Complex is located in the Angostura community, in the Municipal District of Manabao, Jarabacoa Municipality, La Vega Province, in the Dominican Republic. The complex is located on the northern edge of the Cordillera Central, in the area of pine forests and tayota farms. It is bordered to the south by J. Armando Bermudez National Park, to the east by El Dulce Community, to the north by D. M. de Manabao and Mata de Café Community. It has a capacity of 38 to 52 people, distributed in three cabins with 3 rooms each, and three rooms in a separate building. Each cabin has a double room, a family room and a group room. In the separate building there are two family rooms and one group room. Each cabin includes a common area where visitors can gather and chat with friends.
