Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.** We highly recommend carrying chains/cables with tensioners during the winter. CalTrans will have chain checkpoints and require you to show them or, in some cases, put them on. to be allowed up the mountain. We do not refund for inclement weather or fires. However, we do reschedule. **This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to: There is no smoking inside or outside the property, this includes but is not limited to Cigarettes, Marijuana, and Cigars. If we smell smoke in the home there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. If we find burn marks in any furniture, the guest is responsible for replacement costs.** We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues.
